  Classification of vibrating screens:

  Vibration screening equipment can be divided into mining vibrating screens, lightweight fine vibrating screens, and experimental vibrating screens according to their weight and usage.

  Mining vibrating screens can be divided into: high-efficiency heavy-duty screens, self centering vibrating screens, elliptical vibrating screens, dewatering screens, circular vibrating screens, banana screens, linear vibrating screens, etc.

  Lightweight fine vibrating screens can be divided into: rotary vibrating screen, linear screen, straight row screen, ultrasonic vibrating screen, filter screen, etc. You can refer to the vibrating screen series.

  According to the material running trajectory of the vibrating screen, it can be divided into:

  Divided by circular motion trajectory: circular vibrating screen (material moves in a circular motion on the screen surface) structure and advantages.

  Vibration screens are mainly divided into linear vibration screens, circular vibration screens, and high-frequency vibration screens. The vibrating screen can be divided into single axis vibrating screen and double axis vibrating screen according to the type of vibrator. A single axis vibrating screen uses a single unbalanced weight to excite the screen box, causing the screen surface to tilt and the motion trajectory of the screen box to be generally circular or elliptical. Double axis vibrating screen is a type of screen that utilizes synchronous and opposite rotation of unbalanced weights to excite vibration. The screen surface is horizontal or gently inclined, and the motion trajectory of the screen box is a straight line. There are various types of vibrating screens, including inertial vibrating screens, eccentric vibrating screens, self centering vibrating screens, and electromagnetic vibrating screens.

  Linear vibrating screen:

  Vibration screen is a widely used screening machinery in industries such as coal, used for material classification, washing, dehydration, and media removal. Among them, the linear vibrating screen has been widely used due to its high production efficiency, good grading effect, and convenient maintenance. During the working process, the dynamic performance of the vibrating screen directly affects the screening efficiency and service life. The vibrating screen uses a vibration motor to excite the material as a vibration source, causing it to be thrown up on the screen while moving forward in a straight line. The material is evenly fed from the feeder into the feed inlet of the screening machine, and through multiple layers of screens, several specifications of sieved and undersized materials are produced, which are discharged from their respective outlets. Linear vibrating screen (linear screen) has the advantages of stability, reliability, low consumption, low noise, long service life, stable vibration mode, and high screening efficiency. It is an efficient and new type of screening equipment widely used in industries such as mining, coal, smelting, building materials, refractory materials, light industry, and chemical industry.

  Circular vibrating screen:

  Circular vibrating screen (circular vibrating screen) performs circular motion and is a multi-layer, high-efficiency new type of vibrating screen. The circular vibrating screen adopts a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter and a bias block to adjust the amplitude. The material screening line is long, and there are multiple screening specifications. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, durability, easy maintenance, and safe use. The circular vibrating screen is widely used in product grading in industries such as mining, building materials, transportation, energy, and chemical industry. According to the material product and user requirements, high manganese steel woven screen, punched screen, and rubber screen can be used. There are two types of screen: single-layer and double-layer, and each type of screen can meet different screening requirements. This series of circular vibrating screens is seat mounted. The adjustment of the inclination angle of the screen surface can be achieved by changing the position and height of the spring support.

  Elliptical sieve:

  Elliptical sieve refers to a vibrating screen that follows an elliptical motion trajectory, which has the advantages of high efficiency, high screening accuracy, and wide applicability. Compared with ordinary screening machines of the same specifications, it has a larger processing capacity and higher screening efficiency. Suitable for solvent and cold sintered ore screening in the metallurgical industry, ore grading in the mining industry, and grading, dewatering, and desliming operations in the coal industry. It is an ideal substitute for existing large vibrating screens and imported products from abroad. TES three-axis elliptical vibrating screen is widely used for screening operations in quarries and sand and gravel materials, and can also be used for product grading in coal selection, mineral processing, building materials, construction, and power chemical industries.

  Screening principle: Power is transmitted from the motor to the active shaft of the exciter and the gear vibrator (with a speed ratio of 1) through a V-belt, achieving three shafts rotating at the same speed to generate excitation force. The exciter is connected to the high-strength bolts of the screen box, producing elliptical motion. The material moves along with the high-speed elliptical motion of the screening machine on the screen surface, quickly layering, sieving, and moving forward, ultimately completing the classification of the material.

  The obvious advantages of three-axis elliptical sieve:

  The three-axis drive can generate ideal elliptical motion in the screening machine, which combines the advantages of circular vibrating screen and linear vibrating screen. The elliptical trajectory and amplitude can be adjusted, and the vibration trajectory can be selected according to the actual material condition, which is more advantageous for difficult to screen materials;

  Three axis drive forced synchronous excitation can enable the screening machine to obtain a stable working state, which is particularly advantageous for screening with large processing capacity requirements;

  The three-axis drive improves the stress state of the screen frame, reduces the load on a single bearing, evenly distributes the force on the side plate, reduces stress concentration points, improves the stress conditions of the screen frame, enhances the reliability and lifespan of the screen machine, and lays a theoretical foundation for the large-scale development of the screen machine.

  Due to its horizontal installation, the height of the unit is effectively reduced, which can well meet the needs of large and medium-sized mobile screening units. Thin oil lubrication of bearings effectively reduces bearing temperature and improves service life; With the same screening area, the yield of elliptical vibrating screen can be increased by 1.3-2 times.

  Thin oil vibrating screen:

  The thin oil vibrating screen has a large processing capacity and high screening efficiency; The vibrator adopts a bearing lubrication with thin oil and an external block eccentric structure. Has the characteristics of high excitation force, low bearing load, low temperature, and low noise (bearing temperature rise less than 35 ° C); The vibrator is easy to disassemble, maintain, and replace as a whole, greatly reducing the maintenance cycle (replacing the vibrator only takes 1-2 hours); The side plate of the screening machine adopts whole plate cold work, no welding, high strength and long service life. The connection between the crossbeam and the side plate is made with high-strength bolts that resist torsion and shear, without welding, and the crossbeam is easy to replace; The screening machine adopts rubber spring vibration reduction, which has the advantages of low noise, long service life, smooth passing through the common vibration zone, and low dynamic load on each fulcrum of the screening machine compared to metal springs; The connection between the motor and the exciter adopts a flexible coupling, which has the advantages of long service life and low impact on the motor.
