Linear vibrating screen is a widely used screening equipment nowadays, which has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption, simple structure, and easy maintenance. It is also a fully enclosed structure with no dust overflow and automatic discharge, making it very suitable for assembly line operations. However, during the use of linear vibrating screens, it is sometimes necessary to adjust the amplitude. Generally, there are two ways to adjust the amplitude of linear vibrating screens:
The amplitude of the linear vibrating screen is driven by a vibration motor. In this case, adjusting the amplitude mainly relies on the angle between the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motor shaft to change the magnitude of the excitation force. If the angle is large, the excitation force will be correspondingly small, and vice versa.
1. The amplitude of the linear vibrating screen is driven by the exciter. Adjusting the amplitude can increase (or decrease) the weight of the eccentric block, achieving the goal of increasing or decreasing the secondary eccentricity;
2. The amplitude can also be adjusted by adjusting the frequency converter. However, it needs to be within the allowable range of the motor. In general, the adjustment of the amplitude of a linear vibrating screen should be based on the characteristics of the vibration source.
