　　1. Adjustment of excitation force:

　　We all know that the magnitude of the excitation force affects the screening efficiency and output of materials, so adjusting the excitation force of the linear vibrating screen is also very important. Adjusting the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor can adjust the magnitude of the excitation force of the vibration motor.

　　2. Connection of the line:

　　Normally, the linear vibrating screen has reserved an outlet head for the indirect wiring of the vehicle. According to the operating steps in the "Motor Circuit Connection" section of the "Linear vibrating screen User Manual", when the vibrating motor is installed on the screen box, the eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibrating motor are not used in one direction, but are installed at a certain angle, and the motor structures on the left and right sides are exactly opposite. It is worth noting that the mating surface of the wiring port thread and the motor junction box must be coated with sealant to prevent water from entering during the screening process.

　　3. Addition of lubricating oil:

　　After the vibrating screen has been working for 2 months, it is necessary to lubricate each bearing. When adding lubricating oil, be careful not to add too much, as excessive addition will cause the vibration motor winding to overheat.

　　4. Installation of screen mesh:

　　Normally, the linear vibrating screen mesh is installed and does not need to be operated again, but the replacement of the mesh is also a common operation that needs to be done after later work. Therefore, it is also very necessary to learn how to install screen mesh. The installation steps for the mesh of the linear vibrating screen are very simple, only two steps are needed:

　　1) Loosen the tension bolt that fastens the screen mesh, without completely removing the nut. Rotate it 90 degrees to retract it from the long hole of the screen hook plate and remove the screen mesh.

　　2) Replace the screen with a new one, tighten the screen so that the left hook plate is in a vertical position, tighten the right screen hook plate, then tighten the left side, and tighten the bolts.
