This is kind of continuous operation equipment. When operating, the rotor is running at a high speed by the drive of motor, and materials enter into the 1st cavity to be crushed, and then get into the 2nd fineness cavity to be broken, finally being discharged from the discharging opening.

IV.THE ITEM NEEDING TO ATTEND
The tensioning force of transmitting texrope should be adjusted properly so that the texrope can be stressed uniformly and finally keeping the high efficiency and energy-saving of the fine crusher. When dual motor drive, texrope on each side should be matched in grouping, and making length of each group the same as possible. And open the observing gate and check the wearing condition of the inner sand maker as well as the central feeding pipe, up/down flow plate of impeller, circle plate, and the wear-resisting blocks at certain time. If they are in the bad condition, the parts should be replaced or repaired immediately. When replacing the wear-resisting blocks, make sure that the weight of all the blocks the same. The observing gate must not be opened for the working condition when machine is at work in case of the danger happening. If the impeller get wearing, get them replaced or repaired by the manufactory. And the machine should be lubricated every 400 hours' working time, and the main shaft assembly should be opened and get the bearing cleaned every 2000 hours working hours. The bearing should be replaced every 7200 hours.
