    Impact crusher

    Description:

    Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine, which can crush various large, medium and small sized ores, rocks (granite, lime stone and concrete). The granularity of the materials should be not more than 120-500mm and compression strength of the materials should be not more than 320 MPa. Our impact crusher is widely used for road building, artificial aggregate processing and stone crushing, etc.

    Working Principle:

     Impact crusher is a kind of crushing machine which utilizes impact energy to crush materials. Its working principle is as follows:
     Driven by the motor, rotors rotate at a high speed. The hammers on the rotor also rotate at a high speed. When the materials are firstly crushed by hammers, then thrown to the impact plate for secondary crushing, and then rebounded and crushed again by hammers. This pattern is repeated until the materials are completely crushed to the desired size, and then the materials are discharged through the outlet.
     The granularities and shapes of finished materials can be changed by adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotors.

    Features:

    This crusher has a unique structure. It is equipped with high-chromium plate hammer and unique impact plate.
     It can crush hard rocks and has the advantages of high efficiency, energy conservation, high reduction ratio, selective crushing and so on.

     The crushed materials are in cubic shape and the size of discharging granularity is adjustable.
